1. Introduction

AtlasGuards ("we," "our," or "us") is a premium B2B digital release agreement platform designed for media companies, production houses, and content creators. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the highest standards of data protection for both our hosts and their guests.

2. Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide our release agreement services:

  • Account Data: Email addresses and full names for account holders (hosts)
  • Guest Identification: Names and email addresses of individuals signing release agreements
  • Biometric Signature Data: Signature images captured during the signing process, stored securely as encrypted PNG or Base64-encoded images
  • Document Metadata: Release agreement content, timestamps, and verification status

CRITICAL: We explicitly DO NOT track or store Guest IP addresses.

To maximize guest privacy, we do not collect, log, or store any IP address information from individuals who sign release agreements through our platform.

3. Third-Party Processors

We utilize trusted third-party infrastructure providers to deliver our services:

  • Supabase — Encrypted database and vault storage. All customer data is stored with enterprise-grade encryption at rest.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery for release invitations, signing reminders, and completion notifications.
  • Paddle — Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, subscription management, and tax compliance. We do not handle raw payment card data.

We do not sell data to brokers. Your information is never shared with, sold to, or traded with data brokers, advertising networks, or any third parties outside our authorized service providers.

4. Security & Encryption

We implement industrial-grade security measures to protect your data:

  • Immutable Vaulting: Signed documents are permanently stored with tamper-evident cryptographic seals
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Access Controls: Row-level security (RLS) policies enforce strict tenant isolation
  • Audit Logging: Comprehensive activity logs for all data access and modifications

5. Your Rights

  • Access and update your account information at any time
  • Request permanent deletion of your personal data and all associated artifacts
  • Export your data in a portable machine-readable format
  • Object to processing of your personal data for specific purposes
