1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AtlasGuards' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Nature of Service
AtlasGuards is a B2B software platform designed for media companies, production houses, and content creators to manage guest release agreements. We provide administrative tools for capturing, storing, and verifying digital signature artifacts.
DISCLAIMER: AtlasGuards is a software tool, NOT a law firm.
We provide administrative templates and digital signature capture infrastructure only. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or counsel. The release agreement templates generated through our platform are for administrative convenience and do not constitute legal instruments.
Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring the generated release agreements meet the legal requirements of their specific jurisdiction. Users should consult with a qualified attorney in their jurisdiction to ensure their release agreements are legally enforceable.
3. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the AtlasGuards platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
4. Electronic Signatures
Our electronic signatures are designed to comply with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). However, the legal validity and enforceability of electronic signatures varies by jurisdiction. Hosts are responsible for ensuring electronic signatures meet the legal requirements of their applicable jurisdiction.
5. Subscription & Billing
- ESTABLISH (Free): 3 release agreements per rolling 30-day period, 1 managed media property
- PROFESSIONAL: $19.99 USD/month for 20 release agreements per rolling 30-day period, 3 managed media properties
- AGENCY: $99.99 USD/month for 200 release agreements per rolling 30-day period, 15 managed media properties
- All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record
6. Limitation of Liability
AtlasGuards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall AtlasGuards' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
