14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a strict 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all initial Professional and Agency protocol activations. If you are not satisfied with AtlasGuards, contact support@atlasguards.com within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@atlasguards.com with your refund request
  • Include your registered account email and purchase date
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to all features of your current tier until the end of your billing cycle.
  • At the end of your billing cycle, your account will automatically downgrade to the free ESTABLISH tier.

Payment Processing

All refunds are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Paddle handles all tax calculations and compliance for refund transactions.
